4. Customers

Note: In TRACT, Customers refers to other businesses that you collect payment from by issuing Invoices.

Depending on how your business is set up, this might be Loggers or Landowners, etc.   Note: You might not have Customers; you may only have Vendors, and if so, you can skip this step.

To get started, select Customers from the column on the left.

Then select Create Customer in the top right corner.

Enter customer information here and select Save.

Each customer added will be put into your list of Customers that will be used for invoicing later on.

The next section of data that we’re going to populate is your customers list so to start with customers will click on customers in the left column this will give you a list of all of the customers that you currently in place so depending on your business you might not have customers or it could be augers or landowners or anyone that you have in place in the process of doing business so to create a new customer we’ll go over here to the create customer lock from the top right hand corner here you’ll fill and customer information but on all this information and click Save this will add that new customer to your customers list we’ll be able to use them later on the invoicing.
