Video Overview: Products
To get your products set-up, start by selecting Products from the column on the left.
Then select Product Database.
We’ll use this database to create a list of the products that your company produces.
Start by using the “Search” bar to type in the different products that you produce.
Once you find a product that you produce, enter an abbreviation that makes sense to you for that product in the box labeled “Enter Abbrev.” Then click Add To My Products.
This will add each product to the My Products tab which means they will be options for us to pick when we are creating Jobs and Loads later on.

The first database that we’re going to look at populating its product database so you can find the products database by clicking on the swatch column on products this will take you to a list of my products and these are going to be all of the products that that your company produces to populate this list you’re going to go to the product database and here you’ll find all of the different options for different products that your company might produce so let’s say I wanted to add pine poles to my products database here we found a medium small and large poles I’m gonna add and say I want to add in small poles let’s say tolls you’ll just create an abbreviation right here that makes sense to your company and then you’ll select to add to my products once you see that it will be entered into your my products list so right here we have pulls small and now now that you have it in this list you’ll be able to use any of these products and your jobs or in your lives it’ll automatically populate those these products into drop down menus for you to be able to select for loads important for your job they’ll say I accidentally in it entered in pull small and I actually meant to enter in polls large I can either select remove right here by hovering Everage to the right or I could get in my product database I could go over here and remove pull small and then I would just start over and say looking for pine pine pulls large and will say pulls large and like that’s my product now pulse large will be in my product database and all of these products will be available as I’m creating jobs and loads.
