Video Overview: Setting Up Your Databases

In the left column, you’ll want to start by setting up the bottom four sections first (Products, Mills, Vendors, Customers).  This will create your personalized databases that you’ll use to manage the top six sections (Jobs, Loads, Settlement Statements, Invoices, Reports & Forms, Mill Reconciliation) of TRACT.

When you first log into track you’re going to want to start by populating these four databases your products your mills your vendors and your customers once you have these four databases populated then you’ll be able to use the top six sections to manage your jobs more easily these four sections will populate the fields that you need when you’re creating loads for or filling in job information.
